Mariana, the creative force and award-winning journalist, brings the stories to life; while Graciela, with a background in law and an MBA, expertly leads operations. Mariana Atencio is a Peabody Award-winning journalist, best-selling author, viral speaker, executive producer, and media founder. With a passion for highlighting underreported stories, she studied journalism at Columbia University after participating in the student movement for democracy in her native Venezuela. As a former anchor at Univision and a national correspondent at NBC News, she has traveled the world to report on some of the most important events of our time and interviewed global figures such as Pope Francis, President Biden, and the King of Spain.

Mariana has received numerous accolades, including a Peabody Award, a Gracie Award, and three national Emmy nominations. Her TEDx Talk, “What Makes You Special?” has gone viral with over 25 million views, and has been translated into 13 languages. This led to a global speaking career with organizations like the UN and the Future Investment Institute. In 2020, Mariana founded Golike Media, an award-winning content media house.

Graciela Atencio brings a unique blend of legal expertise and business acumen to her role as co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Golike Media. A Venezuelan lawyer by training, Graciela graduated Summa Cum Laude from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, where she built a solid foundation in corporate law. Her passion for growth and innovation led her to pursue a Master of Science in Marketing & Management at the University of Miami Business School, where she expanded her skill set to navigate the world of business with precision and insight.

As COO of Golike, Graciela is the driving force behind the company’s operations. She ensures that every project is executed seamlessly, from concept to delivery, while spearheading business strategies, growth initiatives, and internal processes. Her leadership empowers the team to consistently produce high-quality content, positioning Golike as a trusted partner in the media landscape.
